About this Course

The Physical Activities Requirement Evaluation is an occupational test used to assess a persons ability to perform the physical components of police work. The PARE test consists of an obstacle course, a push/pull station and a sandbag carry. For safety reasons participants should have a regular workout regime in place before attempting.
