About this Course

This is a Blended Course where you will do online training before proceeding with the in person training. The practical/in person portion of the course is held in the Cooking Classroom at the Eastlink Centre. Starting at 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. You will learn the essential first aid, cardiopulmonary CPR and AED training suitable for home and work environment. You must be present for the full course in order to receive certificate as well as be able and capable to practice the practical portion of the course.
